Works also with the most recent dependencies:
spring-XXX 3.0.5.RELEASE
hibernate-validator 4.2.0.Beta2
Hint: Use commons-collections version 2.1 because 
it is already referenced in one of the dependencies

I think you have to run:
  native2ascii -encoding utf-8 source_properties_file dest_properties_file
Then make sure you web page&#039;s encoding is same as utf-8, I think you can get the result you want now.
Of course, utf-8 just a example, you can use any other Simple Chinese encoding you want.</description>
